Lesson 4: watch, recall, practise.
STUDY GUIDE
Tell us when your classes are and how much time you have. You get a week that turns every lesson into marks: watch, recall, practise, return.
The days stay the same; only the lesson changes.
Lesson 4: watch, recall, practise.
Lesson 5 the same way, and Return goes back to Lesson 4.
Same days, next lesson. Return always picks up last week.
Short returns help you remember the lesson. Recall first, practise next, then revisit what you found difficult.

Illustration of the forgetting curve, not measured Tabashera data.Come in with one question. Leave with the minute you got lost.
Try: Pause after each worked example and do the next step yourself.
On Tabashera: Each lesson is split into short parts, so you can jump straight back to the one you didn't get.
Close the notes. Pull the ideas out of your head first.
Try: Write the three main ideas from memory, then check.
On Tabashera: Type or say a question about the lesson and get an answer based on your teacher's explanation.
Answer first, check after. Exams don't show the solution.
Try: Do the assignment on your own before checking your notes or the lesson.
On Tabashera: After each quiz, see every question you got wrong, grouped by topic, so you know what to practise.
Go back before you forget, not after.
Try: Solve two questions on last week's weakest topic.
On Tabashera: My results shows your score in each chapter and points you to the one to go back to.
Pick what happened. The fix is different for each.
Use this week around their lessons and deadlines. Start small and keep it going; a short loop you actually do beats a long plan you skip.
