Do I need to choose a tutor before signing up?
No. You can create an account first, then browse tutors and request a course. You can also choose a course during signup.
Does creating an account give me full course access?
You still need to join a course. Public courses let signed-in students join without tutor approval; other courses require approval. Email verification and any guardian phone requirement still apply.
Will I be asked for a guardian phone number?
Only where the selected course requires it. When requesting access, the app asks for a guardian number if the course needs one and your account does not already have a valid saved number.
How does email verification work?
Enter the code sent to the email address used for your account. If you remain in the same signup session, verification continues through the normal sign-in checks. After a refresh or expired session, you may need to sign in again. Never share your verification code or password.
Are all courses available as a free trial?
No. The tutor decides whether a course offers a trial and how many recorded lessons or live sessions it includes. Check the course page for its current terms.
Can a parent see any student's results?
No. Guardian access is limited to students linked through the app's access and consent process.
Why can't I see a lesson, quiz or assignment?
Content must be published for your course, and your account must have the required access. Ask your tutor about course content or enrollment approval. Contact support for technical problems.
Can I change the language?
Yes. You can switch the app interface between Arabic and English. A tutor's lesson language does not necessarily change with the interface.
How do I recover my password?
Use Forgot password on the login screen and follow the recovery instructions. Support will never need your password or a verification code.
